Now I know what you thinking... Before I proceed to my installing 8bitdo’s “Ultimate Software” on my Windows 10 PC, I want to show you something different... Although some of you, might know this feature before in all existing 3rd party controller brands.

So in this part, I want to discuss about the usage of ‘turbo function’ on my 8bitdo SN30 Pro plus gamepad.🎮⏩

And BTW #1: 🎄 Only 5 days remaining before Christmas!🎅

*But before that, I want YOU… Yes you, which you’re reading my description. I want you to watch my recorded video first 📹📲 (as a observation) before you read the rest of my reaction experience. Hope you’re watching…

So without further ado, let’s get started:

My Experience: • (Now as you already done watching video.) I opened the standalone game of GTA San Andreas as a demonstration on how 8bitdo SN30 Pro Plus’s “Turbo” function does. • BTW #2: I actually fixed the button configs for the “Xbox 360″ controller by replacing existing files to GInputSA 1.11 & Silent's ASI Loader 1.3 files on my GTA SA standalone folder. Although there’s a caveat of replacing files, and that’s crashed the game when I go to configure buttons on GTA SA settings; meh I’m fine with that. Please [CLICK ME!] and watch to known about more. • Anyways, as you can see here I’m pushing the “A” button by repeating tapping. But with the “turbo” function, by holding the “A” button and press the star “⭐” button on the left side, you see that the blue right light reveals 🔵 by blinking on the right side of the button which is the heart “♥️” button (8bitdo’s 2nd logo). Now that I’m press and hold the “A” button in a rapid punches while the blue ring light 🔵 continuously blink; for that I’ve never seen this before in the 3rd party controller brand, and far more easier than my iPega 9069 wireless controller in terms of usage.😮🙂 • And if a single mapped turbo button wasn’t enough, I could mapped the turbo function on any buttons around my 8bitdo gamepad (well not all of buttons though, I’ll explain later). For instance, I could add the “Y” button to the turbo party for a rapid jump, left trigger can add too, although it didn’t effect on switching weapons but I’m sure it’ll work on any games, even the right shoulder button can do as well, just look at it; it’s kind a funny that this is a aim button, ah well. ^^; And once I’m done the turbo function, I could disable all the mapped buttons by press and hold any buttons before pressed the star “⭐” button (or in this case a vice versa), very neat trick, don’t ya think.😊

• Through my experience: this turbo function from the SN30 Pro Plus gamepad is actually very helpful - both in wireless using my 8bitdo wireless adapter / retro receiver and also in wired mode using the included USB type C cable (as you seen or watched my recorded video). I actually use it during my 🏙️GTA V online🧍‍♂️, when my character avatar is going fast run on legs by holding the “B” button (in Xbox layout was “A” button) in turbo mode instead of tapping. And also in ZNES (SNES Emulator) as well, when I played 🔫U.N. Squadron🛩️ (known as Area 88 in Japan), a Shoot’em Up game; in which I’m having trouble with the shooting enemies by press and hold the “Y” button in just a few seconds 😕, but with the turbo function it really works 🙂 without going to input settings and remapped the “Y” button ⚙️🔘❌.

•Now as for the other buttons that I mentioned before ,didn’t work from the likes of D-Pads, "select” / “-”, “start” / “+”, moving analog sticks (it needs that on the exclusion list), and even the heart “♥️” button (8bitdo’s 2nd logo) (,not to mention the pairing button) for turbo function. Only the four front facing buttons, shoulders , triggers and even L3 and R3 buttons on the analog sticks which is shockingly worked for turbo function, wow! I’m amazed with this SN30 Pro Plus gamepad! 😮 (I’m not gonna lie though.)

Overall: • I love this turbo function so much on my 8bitdo gamepad, and like I said this is far more easier than my iPega 9069 wireless controller. Because when I use my old iPega controller for turbo function it sometimes quite complicated yet confusing with all the blinking lights around the front facing buttons, my 8bitdo SN30 Pro Plus gamepad however did the easy route with hold any action button(s) and press the star button for a turbo function; like I did before in certain different game(s) / emulator(s). And without tapping the buttons with my right big thumb (or any of my fingers) manually I could just press and hold the buttons when I enabled the turbo, like so in my media post.😉

Saya punya koleksi mainan fisik, seperti robot-robotan, RC Car (Mobil Remot), Hotwheels, Action FIgure, dan yang sejenisnya. Layangan juga suka banget. Seneng banget rasanya bisa mainin itu pada masanya. Memang, bukan game sih, tapi itulah awal mulanya (i think, karena intinya sama2 permainan). Jaman-jamannya ngejar-ngejar bakul mainan yang sekarang sudah tergerus zaman sepertinya. Di timeline ini aku pertamakali mengenal game itu kalo gak salah di komputer kantor bapak. Inget banget persis judul gamenya, yaitu Road Rash, Hercules, Demonstar, dan Minesweeper. Aahh, the memories...

Jadi main game-game tersebut di satu komputer, tapi gantian mainnya sama temen2 lainnya, dan yang udah main giliran nonton hahaha. Model-model kayak orang jaman dulu (generasi X-Y mungkin), 1 TV ditonton 1 desa hahahaha. Sumpah, asik banget gak ketulungan.

Di timeline ini pun aku pertamakali megang laptop. Ya, laptop pribadi milik bapak. Aku cuman dipinjemin sih wkwkw. Game sudah bergilir dari zaman Hercules, Road Rash, dan Demonstar, kini sudah mulai upgrade, yaitu Diablo. Game RPG pertamakali yang aku mainin dalam hidupku.

Selain Diablo, Counter Strike adalah salah satu game yang selalu membekas dalam hatiku, wkwk. Karena CS game FPS (First Person Shooter) pertama yang aku mainin dalam hidupku.

Waktu itu juga, bapakku sedang hobi-hobinya rakit PC. Ya, PC. Aku mulai beralih dari laptop yang aku lupa apa merknya, menjadi PC. Otomatis, dalam benakku waktu itu: “Mesti ada game yang lebih mutakhir nih, hehe”.

Ya, bener banget, sesuai dugaanku, ada game FPS kedua yang aku mainin dalam hidupku, title nya adalah Will Rock. Jaman-jamannya juga masih pakek CD dan DVD buat main game dan nyetel Video Film wkwkwk.

Will Rock belum sempet aku tamatin, karena emang dulu masih bocil, gabegitu ngerti sama perintah-perintah dalam game, dan masih belum mahir berbahasa Inggris. Yaudah deh, endingnya liat Playthrough nya di Yutub wkwk.

Dan pada timeline ini juga, aku dan kawan2 sekalian yang sepantaran (generasi 2000-an) pasti juga pernah main bareng-bareng sama temen komplek, atau tetangga2 blok seberang. Permainannya yang aku udah coba antara lain:

Nah, dari 8 permainan diatas, aku sebenernya ga terlalu sering melakukan ya, yang sering itu kakakku, karena dia orangnya suka banget diluar rumah. Saking seringnya main diluar rumah, kakinya sampe lecet-lecet hahaha. Sedangkan aku, sukanya di dalem rumah. Ditambah udah dikasi laptop, makan disuapin, uhhh, nikmat mana lagi yang engkau dustakan?

Nah, dari situlah, aku yang sekarang ini kenapa sukanya di dalam rumah, jarang banget bersosialisasi keluar rumah, dan melakukan interaksi-interaksi kepada people lainnya diluar rumah. Sudah terbentuk sejak usia yang sangat belia ya, hehe.

Kelas 4-6 SD (9-12 tahun)

Nah, kalo ini sudah mulai berubah haluan, dari PC ke PS2. Jadi gini, bermula dari kakak saya yang ngidam PS2 karena bapak aku waktu itu njanjiin bakalan beliin kakak aku PS2 kalo dapet rangking 1 di kelasnya. Walhamdulillaah, kakak saya yang susah payah mengejar rangking 1 di kelasnya, dibeliin PS2 sama bapak, dan aku juga bisa ikut menikmatinya XD

Game-game yang aku mainin di PS2 waktu itu buanyak banget. Mungkin aku sebutin title-title yang paling berkesan buatku, hehe ^_^ (engga aku selipin gambar-gambar title game-nya, takut penuh soalnya xixixi..

Ternyata nulis tulisan kali ini gak sesebentar yang saya duga hahaha

Kelas 1-3 SMP (9-12 tahun)

Beranjak ke usia pubertas, aku masih menjalani hobi saya. Iya, waktu itu aku sudah menetapkan hobi saya, yaitu Main Game. Seakan-akan, “Inilah passion dan jalan hidup saya, tidak ada sumber kebahagiaan yang bisa kudapatkan selain dengan bermain game hahahahhaa.” <-Lebay gak sih?

Sembari sedikit bersosialisasi dengan teman SMP dan teman Komplek, sembari mengerjakan tugas sekolah, PR, dan kewajiban-kewajiban lainnya sebagai seorang anak rumahan usia SMP (makan tidur buang hajat), aku mengisi waktuku dengan bermain game. Di timeline ini juga aku sudah mulai nonton film, apapun itu. Mulai dari genre Romcom, Comedy, Action, bahkan sampai Anime wkwkwk. Itupun karena dipengaruhi oleh salah seorang teman saya (namanya Jordy, keturunan Batak-Cilacap) dengan menawarkan segudang koleksi film-nya di Harddisk milik temannya. Tapi tetep aja, gabisa ada yang ngalahin keseruan menamatkan game bergenre story-based, hehe.

Masa SMP, aku inget banget, kalo lagi jam pelajaran TIK (Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi), atau kami singkat Komputer, di laintai 2 dekat tangga dan Basecamp OSIS SMP Islam Al-Azhar 15 Cilacap, bersama Pak Guntoro, S. Kom. kami dididik. Kalo jam pelajaran tersisa 10 menitan dan materi sudah tersampaikan semua, Pak Gun ngijinin kami murid-murid nakal buat mainan komputer dulu. Biasanya kami main CS (Counter Strike) 1.6 hahaha. Asik banget. Jaman-jamannya belum marak game onlen, kita main pakek sistem LAN (Local Area Network) dari satu komputer ke komputer lainnya, hahaha. Karena di Lab Komputer dulu ada sekitar 25-30 an PC, yang satu dengan lainnya terhubung dengan kabel LAN. Jadi kami main CS 1.6 multiplayer bareng temen2 di lab komputer (terutama cowok sih wkakak). Ada yang jadi Counter Terrorrist, ada yang jadi Terrorist wkwkwk. Asik nya gak ketulungan deh pokoknya wkwkw.

Di timeline ini juga, aku senang sekali, karena aku dibeliin laptop pribadi oleh bapak saya, yaitu Sony Vaio Pink wkwkwk. Walopun second, tapi spek udah dewa pada masanya. Kenapa Pink? Karena udah stock terakhir wkwk. Yaudah deh, gapapa. Malah eyecatchy, bukan?:D

Oke, game-game yang paling berkesan di timeline ini adalah Call of Duty Series. Ya, game FPS juga. Kemudian ada Dead Space. Kalo DS itu TPS (Third Person Shooter). Ya karena laptop mendukung, game-game yang aku mainin pastinya lebih mutakhir, hehe. Gila asik bangetttttt >_<

Itu aja sih, 3 dari sekian banyak game yang selalu membekas di dalam hatiku. Karena kalo semuanya disebut, tulisan ini bakalan kelar nanti subuh hahaha. OH YA HAMPIR LUPA GUYS, THE ELDER SCROLLS V - SKYRIM. FIX INI YANG PALING LAMA AKU MAININ DI TIMELINE INI. Banyak waktu aku buang untuk menamatkan game yang nampaknya gak tamat-tamat hahaha. Karena saking banyaknya Side Quest, jadinya sampe sekarang belum bisa menamatkan huhuhu...

The Elder Scrolls V - SKYRIM

Eh maap, Skyrim ini sebagian besar waktu aku mainin waktu SMA guys, SMP baru akhir2 waktu menjelang Ujian Nasional, tapi gegara aku bucin, jadi kurang fokus buat namatin Skyrim, hehe. Dan sebenernya Skyrim masuk ke Timeline SMA (15-18) tahun, tapi SMA aku ya isinya masih menamatkan beberapa title game lainnya, bakalan flat aja ceritanya paling wkwk.

Sebenernya main game itu sama aja kayak nonton film, kita disuguhi cerita, mulai dari pengenalan, orientasi, konflik, klimaks, antiklimaks, dan resolusi. Tapi bedanya kalo game, kita bisa berperan lebih. Maksudnya, kita secara tidak langsung bisa memodifikasi cerita di game yang kita mainkan, terutama tokoh utama yang kita mainkan perannya di dalam game tersebut. Kita dikasi kebebasan untuk mengekspresikan minat kita kepada sang tokoh utama. Mau tamat cepet, atau mau tamat lama, mau baik sama tokoh pembantu, mau jahat sama tokoh pembantu, semua tergantung si game player.

Sedikit Footnote: Sebisa mungkin, game ber-genre Story Based Game yang udah aku mulai, mau gak mau harus aku tamatin, biar tau ceritanya, dan kesannya seperti baca buku sampe habis. Tuntas. Tak tersisa. Dan mau gak mau, aku harus mengerti semua perintah dalam game tersebut, dan beberapa vocabulary yang asing di telinga saya, dengan nyari translator Inggris-Indo wkwkwk. Lagian, eman-eman juga kan, kalo karakter dan tokoh-tokoh di game lagi ngobrol pakek bahasa Inggris, kitanya gak mudeng, hahaha. Inilah mengapa saya bisa dibilang “lumayan mahir” dalam menggunakan Bahasa Inggris. Dan pasti kalo ketemu sama mapel / makul Bahasa Inggris, aku selalu riang gembira ^_^

Wah, gakerasa udah 21:09 WIB, tapi bentar lagi selese kayanya deh wkwk.

Oke, dari cerita yang udah saya tuturkan, walopun gak semua memori yang ada di kepala saya keluarkan, I think this is more than enough to make a conclusion.

So, dari ketiga timeline yang sudah aku ceritain, termasuk game-game apa aja yang udah aku mainin (gak semua sih, tapi yang diatas yang paling berkesan aja di hati), itu adalah masa laluku. Ya, aku pikir, “Ih, mubadzir juga ya ternyata masa kecilku aku abisin buat menamatkan game yang game tersebut hanyalah fantasi belaka, gak ada ngaruhnya sama sekali ke hidupku kecuali 1. Buang waktu, dan 2. Menggembirakan mood.” Karena jujur aja sih, masa2 bucin-ku (baca: pubertas) aku abisin buat mainin game, karena ya emang aku males buat menjalani masa2 bucin seperti yang teman2 ku lainnya yang sepantaran lakuin. Selain itu, uang jajan bisa aku tabung, gaperlu nongkrong sana-sini, jadi lumayan kekumpul duitnya. Dan satu lagi, bahasa Inggrisku bisa dibilang bagus dibandingkan teman2 ku yang sepantaran yang tidak bermain game sebanyak yang aku lakukan, walopun kalo udah masuk ke kaidah penggunaan bahasa Inggris seperti Tenses, masih perlu sedikit bimbingan hahaha.

Sekarang, saya sudah berusia 20 tahun, dan kemungkinan besar timeline-timeline tadi yang berisi main game, sudah berhenti di usia SMA (18 tahun). Saat ini sudah ada kewajiban lain yang tidak mengizinkanku meneruskan minatku untuk bermain game, seperti yang saya katakan pada timeline SMP, sampai2 dibilang inilah passionku. Hahaha, how silly I was. Selagi beradaptasi dengan lingkungan baru, aku juga harus beradaptasi melupakan hobi lama saya, dengan hobi-hobi lainnya. Sebenarnya bisa aja sih, menyempatkan diri main game, tapi, rasa-rasanya kurang worth it kalo dilihat dari masa kecilku hehehe. Sekarang udah bukan waktunya menghabiskan waktu untuk hal yang kurang worth it, namun harus bisa menghabiskan waktu untuk hal-hal yang benar-benar worth it. Minimal sepadan dengan harga dari waktu yang dihabiskan. Minimal Input = Output. Kalo bisa, Input < Output. Jangan sampai Input > Output. Sekian dan terimakasih.

I was tagged by the wonderful @woollenpharaohs to list my 10 favorite ships. I still can't belive people actually know I exist on this site. Seriously. Thanks so much for tagging me!

Now this is gonna be quite hard because I just have way too many ships to function, but I'm gonna try anyway. The order won't actually mean anything really since I'm the kind of person to jump from ship to ship.

(this is actually my second try doing this since my computer crashed in the middle of doing this. Thanks a bunch computer)

1.Dean Winchester/Castiel-Supernatural

Do you wanna have your heart broken and ripped to shreds? Then buckle up because I have the right ship for you!

These two have ruined me. Just like the show this ship is of great emotional value to me and I love it dearly. At this point the show is basically the most painful slow burn fic in the disguise of a TV show and I honestly can't complain. Each hug is fuel for my soul and gets me through another day.

2. Hannibal Lecter/Will Graham-Hannibal

Tbh this ship actually shares the first place with Destiel because I discovered them both at the same time where I didn't feel great at all and they both helped me through really tough times.

When it comes to Hannigram I'll always remember that one post that said that Hannibal lives in his own wonderland amongst pigs, who'll never be able to understand him and his wonderland, until he stumbles upon Will who sees and understands.

And in the end we are all just searching for someone who understands us, aren't we?

Beautifully dark relationship that tugs on your heartstrings more than it should.

3. Alana Bloom/Margot Verger-Hannibal

What would the murder husbands be without their counterpart murder wives?

Two beautiful women that kill their abuser via drowning and leave him to be eaten by his giant pet moray eel. Who then get married and have a beautiful son together. Bryan Fuller I truly thank you for this gift, for those beautiful ladies brighten my shadowy days.

4. Sam Winchester/Eileen Leahy-Supernatural

Even though I've always been a huge sucker for Sam/Gabriel, these two took me over by storm. They've had such great chemistry and I instantly fell in love with the idea of them being together since she's been first introduced. Such a shame the writers don't like their own characters to have an ounce of happiness. Hello denial thanks for showing me all those fix it fics.

5.Trevor Philips/Michael De Santa-GTA V

(not really a lot of gifs to use for that one)

Oh boy... Complete dumpster fire of a ship and guilty pleasure. I've actually shipshamed myself so long for this. But after playing the game multiple times, you just can't help but realize, that this ship sails itself.

Sometimes I wonder how I went from shipping girly anime looking guys to ship whatever these men are.

But this ship has some real emotional baggage and when you look behind the kinda disgusting surface, you see a relationship more flawed and real than most fanfiction offers. And oh man has this ship some really great fics!

6.Geralt of Rivia/Emiel Regis Rohellec Terzieff-Godefroy- The Witcher 3

I present to you: my current obsession

Even though my only knowledge of their relationship comes from the Blood and Wine DLC (because I've bought the books just now so I haven't read them) I still fell hard for this. Very hard.

A higher vampire killing his own blood brother, a bond much stronger than a human could ever imagine, to save his dudebro and thus becoming hated and hunted amongst his own kind for all eternity. This ship might be the definition of : there is no hetero explanation for this. You can't fool me CD Projekt Red. These two were clearly in love.

7. Mac/Dennis-iasip

What do I love more.

The meme that evolved from this scene or the ship?

Another one of those rough gems and my former obsession . With people so deeply flawed that it's more realistic than the most stuff you see on television these days. There is something about their dynamic that is so interesting to witness. Another one of those ships with some seriously great fanfics just like the one from the lovely person that tagged me.

8.Joseph Oda/Sebastian Castellanos-The Evil Within

Just by looking at this one can imagine that this is anything but a happy ship. Just take all the angst you can imagine and put it in a ship. There we go. Now you've got Joseb.

Another one of those games where you can't help but notice the chemistry and ask yourself if there was something more. I always revisit this one when I feel the urge to get some angst into my system.

9.Johnny Rayflo/Charles J. Chrishunds-Vassalord

My whole life was dedicated to this manga during my teenage years. Just looking at this gif still makes my heart swell in my chest. It's propably the reason why I have such a soft spot for vampires and I still have a special place for these two in my heart. Looks like I've got to reread this soon.

10. Erik Lehnsherr/Charles Xavier-X-Men

I think we all have a special love for that one ship that introduced us to shipping and just fandoms in general. This one is mine.

I still have folders of crappy fanart of them, when I first tried drawing. And one of my first fics was also dedicated to them. I don't know if they either destroyed me or showed me the way into my safe space. And even if my obsession has slowly faded, I still consider this one of my most favorite ships.

That was a ride. My god

Even though I have a lot more I think I'm quite satisfied with how this turned out.
